Founder and Chairman.

'Dele Akinsade

‘Dele Akinsade is the Founder of the Dele Akinsade Foundation. He is an experienced Technology strategist with over 25 years of experience engaging with Fortune 500 companies and institutions in the emerging regions of Middle East and Africa. Dele is a firm believer and advocate of technology accessibility to the under served in Africa hence his passion in providing an enabling environment in partnership with higher institutions of learning to make STEM education accessible to all with emphasis on young girls.

Nancy Msendoo Damhindi

Msendoo Nancy Damhindi serves as the Programs Manager at the Dele Akinsade Foundation. With a passion for executing innovative initiatives and community development, Nancy plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the foundation’s initiatives.

She is a certified Nigerian trained attorney and has several years of experience working with nonprofit organizations focused on empowering underprivileged youth through education and sports.
Nancy’s dedication to creating lasting positive impact drives her to work tirelessly for the foundation with her team to identify and support undeserved students particularly female students ensuring they have access to quality education and opportunities for a brighter future.

Prof. (Mrs.) Augustinah ‘Nireti Duyilemi

Prof. (Mrs.) Augustinah ‘Nireti Duyilemi is a seasoned Professor of Science Education with a strong focus on youth and girl-child empowerment. She retired as Dean, Faculty of Education at Adekunle Ajasin University and now serves as Director of Gender Studies Centre at the University of Medical Sciences, Ondo.

With a Ph.D. in Science Education from the University of Ibadan, she has held multiple leadership roles and published over 80 academic papers. Her work with FAWE in Kenya and her research on constructivist teaching have significantly improved girls’ performance in STEM. She has hosted international conferences, received numerous awards, and consulted for the Ondo State Ministry of Education. Prof. Duyilemi is also a committed member of various professional and community-based organizations.
